"I brought my daughter here a few times. Emily was great. The receptionist scheduled her with Lizzy :( for the last 1-2 appointments. She wasn't as nice as Emily and didn't do as good as Emily (Emily was scheduled out for a while). My daughter's grandpa was going to take her for her trim, but the battery on his vehicle wouldn't start. My daughter called 10 minutes before her appointment to let her know what happened. The receptionist said, "your stylist will send you an invoice". The receptionist didn't offer to reschedule. Lizzy sent me a $30 invoice (the next day). I called to ask if she could reschedule and Lizzy said, "Not until you pay $30". I told her that I didn't understand why she would charge $30 knowing it wasn't intentional. She said she "has to treat me the same as other people that don't show up to their appointments". I said, "That's discouraging". She said the haircuts are $30 (seeming upset & comparing it to a Great Clips). She also let me know that she is "her own boss" and can set her own policy. However, when I called to make the appointment, I was not told about this policy. She seems to have lost her enjoyment of building clients/customers, because she tried very hard to make it obvious that she just wanted the $30 & could care less about rescheduling. We should have insisted on scheduling with Emily."

"Tiffany’s SAVED THE DAY. I had an appointment with a nail artist somewhere else to get my nails done for my wedding, and they stopped responding at my appointment time. I called Tiffany’s, and even though their nail artists were booked, they squeezed me in and they look GREAT! Naomi was such a great nail artist and really helped me decide what I wanted and took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted. The other ladies at the shop were constantly checking in on me and offering suggestions, and were just overall so kind. I cannot thank them enough for helping me today!"
