"Love this nail salon! I have always had nothing but positive experiences here. The technicians all do a fantastic job. The owner, Jason, does a wonderful job as well. He does a wonderful job of making customers feel welcomed. Most recently, I scheduled appointments for my whole wedding party. "My daughter and I arrived at this nail salon 2 hours before their posted closing time. When we walked in the salon, in general, had an “un-kept” feel. A man who was doing a pedicure on another customer turned around and asked us how he could help us almost before we could fully enter the door. We told him we were interested in getting manicures and pedicures and asked for the price list. He pointed behind us. So we began to survey our options. He then approached us about 1-2 minutes later to ask us what we would like done. We told him that we were deciding at which point he proceeded to say “You have 2 minutes to decide.” I clarified that I heard him correctly and he confirmed that we had 2 minutes to make a decision on our services. We decided based on his unprofessional approach, unfriendly disposition, and lack of customer care that we would not be pleased with the service offered in this salon. If a business is open, we expect professional customer service until they close for the day. This salon obviously was uninterested in serving us as a client and we would not recommend it based on our experience today."
