"First time trying this nail place. Nail tech started my nails and said they were taking to long so she moved me to another chair and told me to soak them and wait while she did another persons nails?? I’ve never had someone start my nails stop and do another persons nails. It took her 20 minutes to get back to mine. I was there for an hour and 20 minutes for simple overlay. They took me right to a chair when I came in. She also lost my nail color because she had me move chairs and couldn’t find it again. She put it away when she was doing other persons nails. Not a great experience at all."
