"Update: I went and got a second opinion regarding my dental diagnosis and treatment plan from the Dr. & Staff at Smiles On Main St., just as suspected, there was misdiagnosis and added treatment COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY! BEWARE! Save yourself from unnecessary treatment and go to another Dentist office that has your best interest in mind regarding your pocketbook and your teeth! I recently had a very disappointing experience at Smiles on Main St. in Columbia City, IN and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I am giving them a 1-star review because I believe their Annual Dental Plan is nothing more than a scam and a complete waste of money. One of the main reasons for my dissatisfaction is the fact that they failed to deliver on the promises made in the included plan. I expected certain dental work to be completed as part of the plan, but unfortunately, Smiles on Main St. did not fulfill their end of the bargain. It is incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and not receive what was promised. Furthermore, I was shocked by the behavior of the Dental Hygienist at this office. They had no qualms about adding additional services without consulting me for my sons needed dental work, resulting in increased costs for services rendered. This lack of transparency and disregard for the patient's consent is completely unacceptable. If you are looking for a dental office that provides an honest assessment of the dental work that needs to be done, I strongly advise against choosing Smiles on Main St. in Columbia City. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend them. Save yourself the disappointment and seek dental care elsewhere."

"I usually have issues with gag reflex which makes my visits less than pleasant. Today, while there for a cleaning, my cleaning professional worked with me and with her suggestions, I was able to have a much better experience with minimum gag reflex. Thanks for working with me!"

"Smiles on Main, Dr Courtney, and all the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are kind, upbeat, patient, and wonderful with kids. On top of the amazing personality and atmosphere, they are timely and thorough! I took all 3 of my kids and myself for appointments, they scheduled us all at the same time and we were in and out in 45minutes and yet it was not rushed and each of us reserved the dental attention we needed. My kids never fight me on going and enjoy all the ladies in the office. We are so happy we found Smiles on Main and highly recommend them!!"
