"My family moved here from the Austin, TX area almost 2 years ago. The search for a dentist in the FW area has been exhausting. I had my first visit to this office last week. My hygienist, Haley, was so friendly and thoughtful. Dr Ryan was a professional and took the time to visit with me as well. The whole office did not disappoint me! I highly recommend them!"

"I had the unfortunate pleasure of using this practice. Sorry for the length of time between the visit and the review. I scheduled a cleaning. But was given an oral evaluation, an estimate of cost for dental work($5000.), and a referral for an extraction. They charged my insurance nearly $250 of my $1000 insurance coverage. The staff was very unfriendly and rude. I never saw none of the staff smile! The dentist at this location is only interested in the bucks he is going to make from his clients. I will not be going back. I would think for a practice in a small town, they would have been a lot nicer to their patients ."

Called and told them I had tooth pain and my jaw was swollen and the had me scheduled to come in the same day great receptionist didn't have insurance which kinda sucked but for around 100 bucks for same day appointment n x-ray can't complain to much but will definitely be coming back"

"So my husband needed a tooth extracted. When he called and made the appointment he let them know that he has Anthem HIP. The receptionist told him that would be fine and set him an appointment. That was 3 weeks ago. Fast forward to this morning. We show up 30 minutes early for his appointment. We go in and check in and that's when he was told they no longer take Anthem HIP any more. What a waste of time!!! Had they told him when he called for the appointment he wouldn't have waited all this time for nothing. He's been in pain for 3 weeks!! So if you are looking for a local dentist that takes Anthem HIP, don't even bother with them. All they do is lie!"
