"I butchered my own hair a couple times before I went in there for a real haircut. The little girl that did my haircut cut a man's hair with really nice thick hair just before me and his hair looked wonderful. She fixed all of themess that I made out of my hair. Seemed very good at what she was doing was very professional and kind I would recommend this place anyone another lady did a different man's hair while I was there it was late at night not many customers and he looked pretty darn good too."
"I’m gonna go 4, I don’t remember the stylist name but she did a really good job and very quickly. Last time I got my hair cut here tho, not good, was unsure about going back, the time before that I think Latoya was name of stylist excellent job. Ergo the 4 stars I like going here it is convenient"

"I normally don't complain but I am so incredibly disappointed in the hair cut I got here. I showed her a picture of what I wanted- and inverted stacked bob. She immediately knew what it was so I assumed she knew how to do the cut. My mistake. My hair looks awful. There's absolutely NO stack and it's cut so uneven it looks like there's stair steps in my hair. It looks NOTHING like what I wanted. I paid and tipped her because it's just what I do but I'm extremely frustrated that I'm going to have to go somewhere else and pay to have it done again just to get what I asked for to begin with. I realize this cut is hard, or at least it seems to be with the trouble I have finding anyone that can do it but if they can't do the cut then just be honest with the client instead of butchering their hair. I used to say it's just hair, it will grow back but covid really messed my hair up and it took 9 months for me to get it to grow out and now I get this."
