"Great no hassle buying experience with Sam F. It is the second truck in 6 months. But, since I came back he made things happen and got me a great deal. He explained all the paperwork to me in detail and had worked with me for more than a week trying to get me in the truck that I wanted. After the test drive he had it taken back and had it detailed and set up an appointment to bring it back to have an additional key made at no cost. "03.27.2023 I took my car in to be serviced because the battery light began flashes on and off while driving on 03.26.2023. Around 2pm they told me I could pick up car because the battery was fine and they did a wheel alignment. While driving home the battery light began flashing on and off again, so I brought the car back on 03.27.2023. On 03.28.2023 they called me to pick up vehicle. They said the drove it for 15 minutes and could not duplicate issue and if they car broke down on the road I could bring it back. The battery light is still flashing on and off while I drive. Now the check tire pressure monitoring system alert is also coming on when you start the car after the wheel alignment. I have video and pictures of the issues. This has been an awful experience. Now I am just waiting for the car to break down on the side of the road and getting stuck with a large tow fee."
