"I made the mistake of going to Microblading and Brow Lounge last week, as I thought it would be great to kill two birds with one stone. I walked in, the staff was kind and welcoming and the prices were cheap. But you get what you pay for.. I got a brow and lip wax. The wax was warmed in a reusable pen-type tool, that was stationed in one of the most unclean stations I've seen. There was wax everywhere and quite frankly, I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. There was even someone else in the lounge waiting for a service, as it sounded like the employee she made her appointment with ran very late. I highly recommend going elsewhere."

"TERRIBLE Customer Service. I had an appointment and happen to be 10 minutes late. Raining outside and I drove across town, 30 minute drive. I get there only for the gate to be down but the lights on and music playing. I waited by the entrance with my young niece for Daisja to walk up 20 minutes later with food and drink in her hand. I even called mulitple times to try to let someone know I was running late. Nobody ever answers the phone. She greeted this other person first who just walked up and she took her first. I understand I was late, but I sat in the other chair for an additional 15 minutes while she serviced her before I made the decision to just walk out. I try my best to support black owned businesses, but I WILL NEVER be back here. I guess this is how we treat other black queens because she definitely serviced the white lady first. And the fact that I have a vacation and birthday coming up, I will still take my business elsewhere. SAD and very DISAPPOINTIG because I don't cause anybody problems or drama, exactly why I just walked out. And the fact that her friend was talking the whole time and cussing while she was doing the other lady was very unprofessional. Do better. I was just getting a simple eyebrow wax, but the lady she took first was getting her whole face done. After sitting there after already standing outside then having to listen to this girl talk all loud about some story about hair glue, I WAS OVER IT. At this point, I don't even want you to touch my face."
