"Winning to get my hair trimmed and to get bangs cut in. All of my hair was combed into one big piece and chopped. My bangs are about an inch long I look hideous. It all depends on which stylist you get. I won't be back."

"I have been going to this Great Clips for approx. 2 years with no problems. When I went in yesterday for a hair cut the stylist started as usual, then before cutting she sprayed my hair with something scented (with my glasses off I could not tell what the bottle was) I asked what it was and she said conditioner. I could not believe she had sprayed me with something that was not water without water without asking, I have allergies to a lot of different soaps, lotions and other products. She said she would put it down not to use it next time. Who does this kind of thing? I had a headache the rest of the evening from the smell, I never thought to say not to use it because it just never occurred to me that with so many people having different allergies or breathing issues that I would be sprayed with something without being asked."

"That was the worst experience I've had in a long time at Great Clips. I don't go but maybe once a year if that, to set 2 minutes in the chair and get nothing cut off and be charged that kind of money. And then when you ask her, where's my hair and She's like well. I catch her hair. And I'm like really. Where's it at? But I'm not gonna set an argument with somebody. So I was like okay. I'm done I'll never go back again. And then I called. And they act like It was no big deal. But it is a big deal. And I will not step foot back in that place again. If that's the way they're gonna do people. Very very disappointed"

"Came to this location about 3 weeks ago because the hairstylist I used to take my son to, left. It was the day before school pictures and my 15 year old's hair was so long. He was extremely apprehensive about getting his hair cut here because several different Great Clips have messed his hair up pretty bad. (He doesn't even get a difficult style). His haircut only took about 4.5 minutes. It looked okay but I could tell he was not thrilled with it. Once we left we saw their were pieces behind his ears that were never cut. She cut right into his "cowlick" which has now caused his hair to stick straight up as it's growing out. I had my hair cut at a different location and she was great. My son said he would get his hair cut once by her and if it gets messed up, we're going to find a good barber or something. The stylists are too inconsistent and every time you go in, there seem to be totally different people working. I guess you get what you pay for though so I think it's time to find somewhere else that costs a bit more."
