"I have been going to (this) Merle Noman for over 24 years. (I say this because they have moved and had different owners over the years) Merle Norman was the makeup I insisted my teen daughter use for her first make up. I have always enjoyed my visits however, today's visit was NOT exceptional or even TYPICAL of Merle Norman. There was only one stylist and an other customer there but we were in no hurry. They have moved since I was there last. When I casually mentioned the move DURING checkout the stylist was not as friendly as I expected, rather defensive. I casually mentioned that I did not know they had moved and was surprised. She immediately became defensive by saying they sent emails, mail, etc but missed some......AND NEVER had an apology. I did NOT expect an apology in fact I was trying to have a conversation and she became offensive. She should have started the conversation with.....I am so sorry we missed you with our notices. We tried letting everyone know by....etc.... Today was a disappointment but will not deter me or my daughter from visiting them in the future."
