"I won't ever return! The lady cutting my hair had purple hair. (I don't remember her name and she didn't give me a receipt) She seemed annoyed the second I sat down. All I wanted was to even out my hair and make it the same length all the way around. When she started cutting my hair dry I asked her to cut it wet and she got even more annoyed. She said that it was so uneven that it needed cleaned up first. Then she continued cutting after wetting it. She quickly rushed it, tried to eyeball it, and then said she was done. I asked for a comb because I could tell it was horribly uneven in the front and asked for it to be cleaned up. She told me measuring it from the center to make sure both sides were the same length would give me layers.(not) She finally did that and then said she was done. She asked if I was happy and I said it was fine. After returning home I realized how badly it was off. The next morning I had my hilusband cut it to a reasonable even. If you can't get it right the second time no way will I give you a 3rd time to butcher my hair. This will be the last time I visit a great clips!"
