"My biggest complaint is that when I had to change medical insurance, I called them ahead of my upcoming dental appointment and gave them my new insurance info, asking if they take it. They told me "Yes." It wasn't until after I finished my appointment when I go to pay that they then say they do NOT take my new insurance. I got left with over $150 bill for a regular appointment because they straight lied to me when I called ahead. That's scummy and I'll never come back here again."

"Is it weird to say that now I enjoy going to see the dentist? I have been using this dentist for my family and I now for a little over two years. Each time they have been accommodating, professional, friendly and thorough. We have even used them twice now for emergency, unplanned oral injuries, and both times they understood the urgency, and gave us a next day appointment. They work with my insurance on pricing, and their out of pocket cost is very reasonable compared the high quality of dental work and oral care we receive. I couldn't recommend Vita Dental more!"
