"If I could give a 100/10 rating I would. I had an emergency cracked tooth. I was in the area when I cracked my Back molar. Immediately I searched on google for the nearest Dentist. Rushing in like a mad women in panic. I asked the front desk what we can do without having an appointment. I needed to get the tooth fixed immediately! I was leaving for vacation in two days, making the matters more desperate. (Again- this was not my current Dentist upon entering, Although they are now!) The front desk lady, was extremely helpful. I thank her for acknowledging me in my panic ridden state (and making me feel a little calmer), helping get scheduled in immediately, and being kind. The dental assistant. Thank you for trying to help me calm down. Helping with jokes and making sure I was as comfortable as possible. You were informative, kind, and personable. Thank you for making sure I was told what was going and both of you together for making sure I didn’t feel ashamed. Last but not least THANK YOU FOR FIXINF MY TOOTH! I always feel heard and understood, and everyone explains procedures and plans very clearly and patiently. They also provide Invisalign here!
