"The absolutely worse dental billing experiences ever in 20 years. Nothing worse than to be told you are good and then get a $1561.00 bill 6 months later because the billing department did not get prior authorization and wait to tell you 6 months later as a cover up. I'm done supporting black businesses who have the attitude they are doing you a favor. I already interviewed other dental providers who confirmed no major work done unless prior authorization is completed. Never going back!!!!"

"First off the stars of this facility... The staff. From. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted warmly and had 0 wait time even though I arrived quite a while before my appointment time. The staff were all kind and explained each part of the procedure and what they were doing and explaining their findings as we went. The Dr explained what options were going to be available and what would work well for me and what might be the best working with my insurance. I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with this office. Gold stars all around. After coming back a few times to do the prep work for my dentures.
