"My only reason for giving two stars instead of one is that they got me in the same day. First visit, meet with dentist, everything is fine. Cleaning was thorough. I got my treatment plan of over $5,000. I scheduled a crown for a few weeks out. I told the dentist that I have anxiety with needles, but once numb, I am completely fine with anything. It is just needles. She brought the needle towards me, saw that I was fearful (which she was made aware of prior to the procedure), and said, "I guess we'll have to reschedule." She didn't even try. I was told my only option was to take a pill prior to the next procedure so that they could get me numb easier. I was totally talked down to by the dentist; I felt like she viewed me as a four-year-old. I left so embarrassed and felt like I was unwanted as a patient simply because I have anxiety with needles. I went to another dentist, who made a plan for me that was under $2,500 with the same results and less steps. It is eyeopening to see the difference of over $2,000 between two offices. Glad I went somewhere else!!"
