"Came to AAA African braiding on Mother's Day Sunday May 14, 2023. I got sengelese twists . Upon completion of my hair I tipped the lady that was finishing up the back of my hair. I left and once I made it home my hair was unraveling on some of the braids. This shocked me due to the fact that it hadn't even been 24 hours. Monday May 15, 2023 I returned to the shop by 38th and Lafayette rd located right next to Don's guns. Only one of the woman who done my hair was available. She asked what happened and I told her that my hair was coming down I needed a braid fixed. I waited 25 mins until they got done with a customer, but there were multiple workers there. Well the next day I look in the mirror and see another couple of braids coming down. I was frustrated by then. I called and someone told me to come in and get them fixed. Arrived again Wednesday May 17,2023 the woman who had screwed my hair up was there. I waited about 20 mins once again to get my hair fixed from them messing it up.she began to ask me which ones were messed up . I'm not the braider but it was weird how you ask me which ones are messed up; look and see ya self. The issue with all this is alot of people pay hair braiding places and walk out with LOW QUALITY WORK. They were half done . The lady had to go back thru the front half of my braid by braid and fix them. Sad situation. I Do not recommend!!"
