"If I could give zero stars I would this place is unprofessional and unorganized the staff is rude not only to the parents but the children as well. Since Covid they have refused to discuss care plans with the parents so basically send ur child in her office let them play with your kids mouth and ask no questions!! I would never recommend this place to anyone they are clearly money hungry!!!!"

"I wanted to get a lower canine tooth straightened because it moved through the years. So, I decided to get it fixed but my treatment was rushed and the lower braces were removed prematurely without accomplishing the desired result. Then, after expressing my concerns to her office, I was told that my only option was to be retreated and repay again for a new treatment. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional."

"I called and tried to setup a consultation and the second I mentioned Medicaid I was immediately told we would need to call back when our 8 yr old turns 11 because that's when they give the best benefits. This completely turned me off as this place is clearly all about money and could careless about the patients care. Why would I wait 3 years for the condition to get worse."

"Communication with this office has been terrible. Staff only communicated with my kids (parents were not allowed back due once COVID was here) and there was never any follow-up to make sure I knew what the plan of treatment was, after the initial appointment. Having to cancel a few appointments due to illness and/or vacation, never got another appointment on the calendar. I called and emailed. We have sought treatment elsewhere - but cannot believe that we did not and have not received an email, a phone call or letter about my kids and their treatment. They obviously are not concerned or their practice is not organized enough to realize that they have two patients that they haven't seen and needed follow up!"

"Such a clean pleasant dentist. All the staff were so friendly and DrBolon is personable and upfront she’s such a sweetheart with the children my daughter felt so at ease. Dr Bolon answered any questions before I had to ask. The office is very busy but they never miss a beat you think it’s going to be a long wait but it is not. In and out with new patients and X-ray and a full consultation. That was for my daughter but I’m most definitely booking my appointment. God bless continue to be blessed."
