"Ordered a Toyota part for my side view mirror. It was almost the exact part, just had one extra pin connector on the plug so it would not fit. Instead of allowing me to return the brand new, still in the bubble-wrap part, they stuck me with a useless part and the cost associated instead of allowing a return for the correct part. If this is rectified, I will consider changing my review."

"Outstanding long range internet sale, Evan aka “ET” a relatively new salesperson did a great job. Flew in to pick my vehicle, ET picked me up at airport and zero hiccups occurred during the process, no hard core sales talk for additional items, price agreed to before leaving home was the price I paid at dealership. Top notch folks, would recommend to anyone looking for a new car/truck.. only very little minor minor issue that occurred was that dealership would not accept a non refundable deposit to hold truck while I made travel plans, had to wait to 24hrs out to lock in sale. This is in comparison to my previous Tacoma buy from Beechmont Toyota in Cincinnati (Dave Roth salesman), I bought online and they held for me with a deposit. In the end I got the truck that I wanted and am extremely happy with it."

"Bought a 2013 Tacoma but it had not been detailed when I purchased it. I tried to get refunded or compensated for just not having them detail it but they would not cooperate, forcing me to drive from Lafayette to Whitestown and wait around for 3-4 hours while they "detailed" my truck. I get in my truck to find; crumbs and debris from the previous owner, an arm rest that was obviously not thoroughly wiped down, carpet that had barely been vacuumed, and little to no attempt to remove the stains in the back seats which they said they would easily be able to remove. When I brought this up with the shop worker at the desk he showed little concern about it, said that the main detailer wasn't around, and the best he could offer me was another drive to Whitestown and another 3-4 hours of waiting around while they detailed it again. I don't want it detailed again, I wanted it properly detailed the first time around. If you have any intentions to get your vehicle detailed, find some place else to have it done."
