"I have a subscription to Everwash. It should be called Neverwash. I have tried unsuccessfully many times to use the Santa Claus Car Care Center. Their processing capabilities always seems to be broken. If this continues I strongly recommend people NOT subscribe to Everwash."

"I have the monthly subscription. Recently my car really hasn’t gotten very clean, and currently they have a sign up saying that the app is out of service. $28 a month, and there’s a “sorry, you can’t use the car wash” sign up."

"I went to this car wash station for the first time ever and wanted to wash off the road salt from the previous snowing. I was very impressed with the quality and pressure of the entire process. I purchased the max $17 wash. Unfortunately something happened that glitched my payment for multiple charges. I called the online phone number and left a message about the problem. This was on a Sunday evening, ( SUNDAY EVENING!) and I received a text maybe 5-10 minutes later with a phone number to call. I called Wes and he was extremely helpful! The next morning he notified me that the mistake was taken care of ! I can’t believe that they answered my voice message on a Sunday evening for one thing, and completely resolved the issue early the next morning! So, thank you Wes and I’m looking forward to using this place again without any reservations."

"I wanted a regular car wash. Pressed the button, $8.00 was displayed. I swiped my card, it was approved, and I went through the automatic car wash. When I got home and checked my account, I saw my card was charged $10.00! Be careful!!"
