"Our first experience with this salon and we were disappointed with the visit. The employee who checked us in was great. But the experience we had with the employees who did our nails was not great. The employee who did my nails rushed through the process, was noticeably annoyed that we were taking a minute to pick out our color and even made a comment about it, placed his utensils that he used during my visit in dirty water, and my gel manicure began chipping just four days after my visit. My friends gel manicure began chipping just a few days after our appointment as well."
