"I agree. Walgreens in Owensboro Kentucky is by far the absolute worst pharmacy! Both locations. The staff in the pharmacy does not care about people at all. I request a refill online and rather than tell me they don't have enough to fill the medication they delete my refill. I call and ask why my refill gets deleted. I'm told they don't have enough. I ask if they order it when it will come in. I'm told "it comes in when it wants". Then she hung up! Never ever again will I get my prescriptions or step foot in a Walgreens again! Absolutely horrible pharmacy! Decided to give them another try. Huge huge mistake. Whoever the pharmacy manager is should be fired!! Horrible staff, the pharmacy is run horrible. It's unbelievable!! I've complained and I'm sure many other people have. They don't care!! Furthermore any good reviews about the pharmacy are not real!!"
