"This business does not work with the customer. She refused to see what was right in front of her. Tried to exchange out a powder that clearly didn’t match the sample in the same color. She said she didn’t see it, but the other girl did; she had chosen to be defiant. A good business owner would have offered free samples to help recoup my loss of $50 by offering me samples in the blush, lipstick, eye shadow and a different base color. That way I would feel like I didn’t throw my money down the toilet. She said and I quote, “It’s your fault you bought it without color matching.” There is hardly ever anyone in the shop who can color match. That is on the business. Staff your establishment."

"Had my haircut by Joan, worst haircut in my entire life. I have been wearing a wig for two months bc the haircut is un-fixable. Went in with over 4 inches of hair, asked to keep the length and showed pictures. I left with half an inch of hair and a golden girls hair style! I’m 35 not 75. I had been growing my hair out for months too get this haircut and she left me with very little hair and an absolute atrocious cut. Not too mention $45 wasted plus out of pocket for the wig too. Do not recommend her."
