"I went in to get rose gold highlights. I was told it would fade so I asked about Burgundy. Was told those would last a couple weeks. After it process was done. She had put light violet highlights in. Definitely not the color I asked for. (I didn’t mind the color so I said it was ok ). However I asked a couple times about fading Was told it would still last a couple weeks. I washed my hair twice and it’s completely faded. Less then a week later after paying 130$ I have no color. I reached out to the stylist and she won’t even respond. Very disappointed all around. Waste of money and poor customer care. She isn’t even trying to make it right. Btw name of is stylist : Michelle"
