"My truck has been there since 4/22/2023 ad nothing has been done. Mills shop floor scheduler keeps blaming Allstate Insurance for the delay. He keeps writing Supplements for more damage. He has told me several times it is going in the shop, and when I drove it was still on the lot across from the shop. The Scheduler was Chance. I made a trip over to find out what was going on. It's in the shop but nothing has been done. I went over there again to talk to him last He was not there. I asked if he would be there the next day and I was told he had been fired for lying to customers. I want this message to go to the owner of this body shop and I want to find out from him when my truck will be fixed He also told me he had the parts there to fix it which was also a lie."
