"I only tanned here for a month and will not return to this location or any other Premiere tan. I signed up for a package and the person at the counter did not sign me up for the correct deal and did not have me fill out any release forms at my first visit. There was also an issue with a sewage smell during the month I tanned there. My information was incorrect in their system as well. What was supposed to be a relaxing treat for myself turned out to be smelly and somewhat chaotic. I feel like I was paying a lot of money for very little. I tried to reach out to a manager about it but was not able to talk to one, and after two attempts I decided it wasn’t worth my time."

"Clean and good beds. The Staff is friendly but would be nice if they had someone experienced in charge of the front desk at all times. I understand everyone new at something can take longer to perform a task but sometimes I just don’t have the time."

"As a new client, I got the special for two spray tanning sessions. Both times I had a nice, bronze tan. Yesterday I went, paid $24.95 for one session and got very little color. I stopped in today to ask about this, and the young girl told me the introductory package had some sort of enhancer in it that gave me the nice tan, but if I want it in the future, I will have to pay $13.95 for it on top of the $24.95. This seems like highway robbery to me and probably will not go back. Very disappointing."

I love this place to just turn off a routine day and responsibilities and relax! I referred my friend just recently and even we can't go together we don't miss a day ♡ paradise on earth we call it.
