"The front desk of the service dept was smooth. The back of the house service has time management trouble. Whoever answers the phone when service is too busy needs early retirement. The disorganization on backup for phone coverage makes me reconsider everything I like about my Hyundai, especially the service option packages. PS Whoever test drove my car has serious body oder issues. I was literally checking the floor for a dead rat. I never drive with the windows open, and it literally took a couple miles closing (smelling) and reopening, even the sunroof. I will literally check again for the dead animal left in the car by the service department."

"Was visiting Evansville from Ohio, hit a raccoon and my underbody skid plate came off halfway. It was hanging and scraping on the road. Visited the service center on a very short notice, they fixed the part and didn't even charge a dime. Very helpful. I totally recommend them."

"Great service, friendly people, nice waiting room. Technology focused with updates via text messaging and guest WiFi. Only thing that might make it better is an open bar, but I guess fresh coffee will have to do. Service entry is on the right side of the building."
