"This location is chronically understaffed. I dropped my car off for an oil change and was planning on getting a hair cut while waiting. The website said there were appointments available for this afternoon. I get to SmartStyle and they have a sign up saying they are not accepting any more appointments today… at 1pm. Now I’m stuck in Walmart for who knows how long. Every time I try to get my hair cut here they are understaffed."
