"SCAMMERS! They will push "free" samples into your hand and then get angry when you won't pay! They will chase you down the hallway (literally 3 stores down) Terrible people. You guys should be ashamed. I hope you guys lose your lease for the mall. Lucky you guys didn't have the police called for how you guys chased us down the hallway."

"Valerie was great! I get it you've gotta be pushy to make sales but she wasn't over the top but just enough to make you think maybe so. She did her job and was super sweet to the whole family! Excited to try this new scrub and moisturizer lotion!"

"The guy was very pushy and very insistent. He completely undid my girlfriends hair to show her how the straightener works and ended up leaving it a mess. He kept going on about the little bit of dandruff she had due to a skin condition. I do not recommend going into or interacting with this place"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. The guy there was super aggressive with sales and kept pushing me to get the product. It's honestly crazy they've been in business for 7 years."

"Don't get me wrong. They were nice but they were a little too pushy. Went in just to look at skin care and next thing I know they are curling my hair and giving the sales pitch on a $300 hair straightener. When I told him no he was insisting I buy the straightener at a discounted price. The fact that one small container of skin care scrub was over $100 was just as bad. This is the kind of place that will make you feel bad about yourself and guilty because you bought products from them."
