"I was excited to try it out, had my appt with savannah. I took my son to daycare instead of spending time with him at home. Drove 40 minutes there just to get a text from her asking me to reschedule not even an hour prior to my appt time. This was due to weather, which I 100% understand except it is 50 degrees currently and raining outside. The winter storm starts tonight/overnight and we’ve all known this for days now so they should have canceled sooner if they needed to “prepare”. It’s just unprofessional."

"Great I have been paying around $65-$80 per haircut at an upscale salon in Evansville for my last 3 haircuts. All were really BAD haircuts!!!!! So I tried Cheryl at Beyond the Mirror and I am sooooooo glad I did!!!! Got a fantastic haircut for $23 !!!!! "I took my 5 year old son to get a haircut. The man began using clippers. I asked him to please use scissors only because he got frustrated that my son kept moving because it tickled. I told him he had never had clippers before. He then tilted his head to the left, right and forward so much that it hurt my son's neck. The stylist became frustrated and said he refused to try anymore. I told him my son has always been amazing during haircuts. This man was inpatient, rude, aggressive and would not listen to suggestions that would help. I left with half a haircut and went to a nearby salon and of course my son did amazing ..using scissors. In fact, the stylist bragged how good he was. The stylist at Beyond the mirror needs to stop cutting hair. Zero patience. Zero personality. Would never recommend this place. Horrible."
