"I came here to pick up a CPAP machine. Everything was so perfect and professional. They already set up the machine and everything was ready for me to just go pick it up. In 20 minutes they went over all paperwork and instructions on how to use the machine and I was out. Very efficient. Stephanie on CPAP side was so great and helpful."
"Refuse to order the CPAP machine prescribed by doctor. They only want to order the older model and maximize their profits. Do yourself a favor and pick a different DME company."
"Great initial experience when I picked up my equipment. However, four months later in May when the equipment stopped working it and returned for warranty work things changed. Over the last four months I have been told several times that the equipment would be returned by the end of the week or that it would be ready soon. Now they will not return calls. If the shoe was on the other foot they would have already destroyed the person credit. Just would like my money back or the machine."
"Be aware of your options. Dont rush into this ignorant like I did. Before buying a cpap from them, check your deductible. You may be better off buying it outright. If you buy it without insurance, check online first. My cpap was $100s cheaper online. By the time I realized all that, I was too far invested—I was being charged for “renting” the machine. This issue is more of an insurance thing than a business thing, but be aware. Write out your costs using your insurance and not using your insurance. Buying it outright from these guys won’t make a difference with price, and they don’t price match."
"There is a reason this place has terrible reviews. Such horrible organization. When I first walked in and gave my name the guy said “well you can sit down because they are helping the people ahead of you.” Well of course they are lol. But come to find out, they made an in-house mistake and messed up my appointment time. While I sat in the waiting room with my baby, they took two walk-ins and another appointment that was AFTER mine ahead of me and they treated me as if I were an inconvenience even though it was THEIR mistake. I wish they would honor patients time when THEY made the mistake. While sitting there I also witnessed other people having difficulty. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you can. The only thing good about it was that the tech Stephanie was very nice."
