"Came into town for Christmas and needed my nails done. The lady who did mine wouldn’t keep my nails under the UV light very long and was rushing. By the next morning one had already pealed and none of my nails were smooth. I went in the day after Christmas and let them know what happened and asked if I could just get a refund because I was leaving town. They refused to give me a refund and insist she fixed it. Less than 24 hours later and it’s already messed up again. If I was in town I would definitely be going back to then get a refund. Take your business elsewhere."

"I went to get a full set on Monday. I told them I wanted white with chrome and they sat me down and got started right away. No cuticle work or nail prepping, just a little buffing and gluing on the nail tips. The whole process was a mess. The shape was off right away, the acrylic wasn't drying, and he was very sloppy when applying the nail polish. He tried to apply chrome 3 times and could not get it to work, so he asked for help. Another lady told him what to do and he decided to file off the color and apply a different shade of white. He still could not get the chrome to work, so he filed my nails down again and reapplied more color because they were too thick. He still could not get the chrome to work. I was in the salon for 2 hours at this point. He then admitted that he had never done chrome before and finally, someone else showed him how to correctly do it. After 2 hours I finally leave, and when I get out to my car I see how bad they look. None of them are the same shape or length, they are bumpy and uneven from getting filed down twice, the nail polish looks sloppy, and the chrome only looked good on the one nail he did not do. Bottom line, I will not be coming back and I will recommend everyone I know to stay clear of this salon."

"i’ve always had nice experiences as this was one of the few salons on the west side that i liked. i wanted to do something nice for myself and got a manicure. it lasted a total of two days before it started chipping and peeling from my nails. the salon wouldn’t fix it at a discount or free of charge because the entire set was chipping as opposed to just one or two nails. it wasn’t until i got emotional (because im a broke college student out $50) did they even offer to fix it. at that point i chose to leave the salon because it didn’t feel right, and i was flustered and upset because i felt that i had wasted my money. it happens, but frustrating. now my nails look a mess, and i will not be going back."

"My first visit was yesterday and my goodness, the lady who did my red ombre stilettos did so great!! I've never gotten such good service from all of the places I've gone to in Evansville. She was so focused, polite, and sweet! I wish I had tipped more, next time I will when I come back!! She gave me some nice smelling lotion, massaged, and popped my fingers! It's the little things that count. :)"
