"I don’t typically post reviews unless it’s really needed. I felt it was needed here. I went to the Diamond ave store today, needed a cut. The lady (short white hair, last chair on the right), sat me in her chair and began cutting my dead ends off. She never bothered to ask if I wanted layers or not. Not did she make sure my hair was the same length. As soon as she was done, she immediately took the cape off without asking if I liked it or wanted anything else. I didn’t even look in the mirror before walking out. (This is a $28 cut) the sides are completely in different lengths!"

"I had Kenzie cut & color my hair. We ended up going with a Balayage style. I had it dyed jet black with some chocolate highlights on my ends I couldn’t have been more satisfied! I haven’t took any pictures but I assure you the end results were definitely worth it. My experience here was all around 10/10 she was very nice and down to earth. Will be going back! Also, my first time coming here but won’t be my last ! :) Was quick to get me in, just got lucky."
