"If I could give no stars I would. I called and asked if they knew how to do maintenance on dreads for a “white” person’s hair because it is different. They said yes. My wife got into contact with the girl that does the maintenance on dreads and one it took her a week to get back into contact with her but my wife went ahead and gave her the benefit of the doubt and made an appointment. She came in today and they were incredibly rude to her. Did not do her hair correctly (which she would know the correct way, she has had them for 7 years) They were rude that she didn’t know it was cash only when the girl never told her. She didn’t do her hair correctly and she wasted $150 dollars and left in tears. If you don’t know how to work on white people then don’t lie about it and don’t be rude to your customers."

"Friendly, patient and casually experienced with many things. It's a small barbershop with a small staff but the energy is warm and friendly. I'd suggest getting in early to ensure you get a chair within the hour. The cuts don't take that long, there's just a lot of people. Though, if you have auditory sensory sensitivities, I'd get earplugs or something. There's not much to do about the air ventilator."
