"My most hated place in Birmingham because of the parking. The deck is typically terrible so no surprise. But the exit gates are always messed up and the people working there to let you out are among the most stupid and hateful people I have ever encountered in my life. To St Vincents management, people are already stressed when they have to go to the doctor/ hospital. How does it benefit the glory of God or Jesus or the Virgin Mary to treat people like this so you can get an extra $2 out of them?"

"You put up a plastic wall with a tiny hole and your receptionists at admitting wear masks. I can't hear them or read their lips so we get to yell back and forth when checking in with everyone and their brother sitting in close proximity. Be better.... my first experience at your hospital says I will go to UAB from now on..."
"I will start with a compliment on a valet in front (Brett Montgomery) was the most polite and helpful person of the day he made our situation much more comfortable.as for the admittance on the third floor a woman named ( Brenda) she was soooo rude we didn't want to deal with her .This woman has no right to be working with the public.needs a position in the morgue."
