"I made an appointment to get my nails done on my lunch break and when I showed up at the time of my appointment I was told to come back after work or the next day because she was already working on someone…what’s the point of an appointment if they don’t honor them. I will not be returning."

"I waited twice as long as they said. The skin around some of my nails is very sore and red. I got a gel manicure that said it would be $35+. I got a single color, and it was $85 when I checked out. They made little effort to be understood when speaking. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"Not bad service, but it was $75 for a simple set with no designs and I’ve been getting my nails done for two years and when they attached the fake nail it burned. I’ve never had that happen ever, but anyways just overpriced and not worth it."

"This is not an edit I was wanting to do but here we are. The last three times I was in an older woman did my fill in and a man did the prep. And he tore up my cuticles. Rather than apologize and do better he giggled and kept on doing it. Tina was not there on these three occasions so this is nothing against her and her work, rather these two and their lack of skill. Him for causing such injury that they still haven’t healed after nearly two months and her for having uneven and sloppy work. These are the sets that Tina has done for me. I love them all!! The shop is clean, well maintained, and beverages offered with certain services. Easy location to park in and walk to from other shops. Highly recommend and will keep going back!"
