"I visited MedCenter South on thursday. The receptionists were nice and friendly. I went to get tested for Covid. The nurse praçtìoner, and doctor was very nice. Sorry, I can't remember their names. I believe it was Dr. Lovely. Other than the long wait, my experience was good each time I've gone there. Ps. The wait wasn't as long as it would have been if, I had gone to the ER."

"None of us really wants to have to visit an urgent care facility, but when you must, this is the one to visit. Super friendly front office staff (they kindly unlocked and opened the front doors 13 minutes early for those of us waiting outside). Smiles were all around and we were treated with courtesy and respect. I saw Dr Seale and couldn’t be more pleased and impressed. He was very thorough and patiently answered all of my questions. Thanks to you all!"

"The people I worked with, intake, nurse, doctor were all great! They were friendly and did their jobs in a timely manner. As a bonus, I only had to fill out the highlighted areas of the new patient paperwork, the important stuff. I liked that."

"The front office staff was knowledgeable and professional. Chasity, the nurse practitioner, was caring and extremely attentive to my needs. The MA (I didn’t catch her name) was also very kind and gave me my shot so quick that I didn’t even feel them, which was great because I didn’t want to be in any more pain than I was already in. It was good to get in and out within a timely manner with them being as busy as they were."

"I was visiting from out of town. I was very impressed at how the patient flow worked from the moment I walked in the door, to triage, to doctor visit and treatment. Despite the high number of patients waiting, waiting time was reasonable, each transition was smooth with minimal paperwork and the staff and doc helped me get the care I needed.
