"I’ve been getting my hair cut by the same Guy (very high-end salon) for 15 years, and he wasn’t available in a pinch, I returned to Great Clips, showed Sydnie a picture and she knocked it out of the park And even made a little Change to my style. We had a very pleasant conversation and she was incredibly understanding that I was nervous about not going to my usual guy. As someone in management, this is the kind of thing I want to hear and I’m glad to be the one saying it."
"Incredibly friendly staff giving good cuts, styles, and services at very reasonable prices. Two of my kids got haircuts and Kayla and Teresa were very patient to make sure the kids got what they wanted, which was not easy. The location by the mall is very convenient for a spur of the moment cut after dinner."
