"As I read over these comments before going in I was really nervous once I got there. I was expecting the worst, but my daughter worked really hard for this jacket and I wanted to be sure she got it. When the man came out from in back he was nothing but kindness. He took so much time with us making sure my daughter had the perfect fit. He made sue that all of her patches and font of her name were exactly how she wanted them. He told me they were about a week out (he had the jacket in store, did not need to order her one) and would call me when it was ready. We just hit a little over the 2 week mark today and so I thought I would call. Again, I was nervous because of these reviews saying how rude these people are, but thought I'd try. Again, he was as nice as could be. Apologized for the delay. He said they had just received some finished jackets in yesterday but had not had time to go through them and make phone calls. He looked through the shipment while I was on the phone and let me know our jacket had come in. I have not one negative thing to say regarding this company and would recommend then to anyone looking for a Letterman jacket."

"This company is disorganized and consistently fails at filling orders in its entirety and in a timely manner. Don't let them blame covid or supply issues. This has been ongoing for years for our football program. The only reason we still attempt to use them is because our AD said we have to. Save yourself some headaches and get your equipment elsewhere. Several calls on a weekly basis and the same response over and over. "It should have shipped direct and it should be there. I will try to call them." Give me a break."

"Terrible customer service! Poor quality T-shirt and the wrong shorts were sent that were ordered from my kids school team store. When I emailed to inquire about the shorts. I got a one word reply from the company that told me nothing that I needed to know about return/refund. If my kids school continue to order from this company I will no longer be ordering from them."

"Purchased a letter jacket here for my daughter. Jacket came is very quickly, earlier than expected and they even has the letter and numbers sewn on for us! Fast and friendly service."

"Very poor customer service! They didn't have my daughter's letter jacket in stock. When I tried to place the lettering order they said I'd need to return again with her letter. Three trips there before I can actually have the jacket. Both people I dealt with had very bad attitudes. I cancelled my order."
