"Great variety of shows each year!!! Became a season pass holder. It's worth it!"
"Have attended a few shows. The touring groups are always outstanding. Have had more than one interaction with ushers, I’m guessing all volunteer, that for the most part have been friendly and cordial but from observation a couple over the years have been somewhat aggressive in atttitude and attempts to flaunt what they feel is their authority….on more than one occasion this has been observed with a lady with short reddish hair in the lower balcony area, last show I observed this as was Saturday October 28 matinee for Come From Away. Retraining needed for this “volunteer,” and management should assess."
"After purchasing ticket seats based on my medical condition they changed my seats to where I cannot enjoy the show. This venue has no air conditioning either. This is my 2nd and last visit and this shamble of a venue."
