"I'm giving this 5 stars just because I appreciated the employee that was working, the help she gave me. I believe her name was Lily. She was super nice and helpful. My daughter and I went in looking for some dress shoes in white. She told us in honesty that there wasn't much in white which was ok. We found something else that worked out and I was surprised to find some in my daughter's size. I even asked about sock liners for flat shoes she went out of her way to grab some and show us what they had. So thank you for being a great employee and helping through the shoe shopping experience!"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Tried to use the Klarna app to pay. It took the money out of my account right then. Even showed the cashier but still wouldn’t give me the shoes. So she runs it again and takes the whole amount out. Now I’m out $75 and won’t get it back for about week even though I paid instantly. Shoe sensation in kendallville is a joke. I will never buy there Buyers beware"

"A very nice store with a great selection, but the prices were a bit high. Also, the staff is very helpful but unfortunately at times too helpful. The person working behind the cash register when we walked in was already helping another customer and stopped what she was doing to tell us about them having a sale of $15 off when spending $75. We were not even 5 steps into the store at that time. If I would have been the customer attempting to check out I think I would have been annoyed with the sales person interrupting the transaction to speak with a new customer. We then walked 10 feet away and within two minutes we were told the same thing by a different staff member. Also, what they were insistent upon repeating was plastered on a huge banner outside, not to mention on quite a few signs in the store. A couple of minutes after that the original staff member approached us asking if we needed help. And within three to four minutes the second staff member was back again asking if we needed help. This went on every few minutes the entire time we were there. I began to think they were close to closing time but after leaving saw they were not. Sometimes a person just needs time to decide, especially when shopping for children which we were. It's definitely nice to have help readily available but asking too often if the customer needs help can make them feel pressured. I will say again though, that they were definitely very helpful."
