"Years ago I had a shoelace eye replaced while I stood in the lobby in my socks. A little over a year ago I took in a 12 year old pair of work boots. Had worn a couple of years regulalry then they got stuffed back only being worn a time or two for several years. Went to needing them daily again and the stitcking in the soles was dry rotted. Soles started falling off. He explained it would be at least a couple of weeks if he ordered exact sole replacements but he had ome very good quality soles he could use and get fixed in a few days. He also exalined the cosmetic differences with the non-original soles. Over a year later I am still wearing these 13 year old boots 5 days a week."

"This shop is so special. Not only can you trust Domingo to work his magic in your shoes, it’s also a family owned business from someone born and raised in Fort Wayne. On a personal note my husband and I are AVID Birkenstock wearers, and basically demolish a pair every season. Domingo is able to do full repairs and saves us money because we don’t have to buy new shoes. Last round we even had some special requests for some adjustments on my husband's Birkenstocks and Domingo nailed the finished product. 10/10. My family will probably always have a pair of shoes here."
