"Bought some hunting boots and got one wear out of them before the strap to tighten them broke. Tried get and even exchange and they won't swap any thing out that has been worn for any period of time. Which makes no sense. How do you know if a boot is going to be defective unless it's been worn for at least a day or two. I'll just stick to Amazon. They have a better return/exchange policy!"

"Absolutely awful! After going to the Auburn location, who was sold out of what I wanted, I called the Ft Wayne store. They did have what I wanted but closed in 20 mins. GPS said it took 19 mins to get there so I called ahead. The manager said if I wasn’t in the store at 7pm I wouldn’t get in. I explained the situation. I had a “flash coupon” that was only good for that day and Auburn was sold out. She again said, “Well you had better be here by 7pm then.” Where is the customer service at???? I will never shop here again. I give “Jace or Jase” an F for bad customer service and management skills."

"Visited the store for an ammo purchase. I found exactly what I wanted online, then found it in the store, exactly as advertised. The nice gentleman that rang me up gave me some pretty good technical tips for my firearms. The store is pretty low-key. I found more than I was looking for, and the prices are lower than Sportsman's...byfar. Plus, they have a better selection of firearms and firearm accessories."
