Magnolia Express Care

"I felt completely ignored as a patient today. I went to the doctor because I had been feeling bad since Friday afternoon and I do not want to have to miss work. The nurse swabbed me for strep because that's what it felt like I really had. Then the dr came in and said since that is negative, I am going to swab you for flu and covid .Then 30ish minutes later a different girl came in there and handed me papers and said you're free to go! I had to ask for the dr to come in there to talk about my test results and what to do for treatment. Oh, and no there was not alot of people there. I may have been more understanding if she had a ton of patients but I went right when they opened the doors at 8am! There were very few vehicles in the parking lot when I left."

"My father had went to three doctors and they all sent him home. It wasn't until we went to Magnolia Express Care that he got the treatment he needed. He was taken to Tuple for heart surgery. My father is here today because Magnolia Express Care listened to us. Thank you."

"These people are great. They are kind and caring. I had a terrible ear infection and have gone here for after hours care. The entire staff is fantastic. I really can’t say enough good about them. No matter if it’s busy or not they are attentive and efficient. High five to them! I live 30 min away now and it’s nice to know I can get care. I never seem to need care at a convenient time. Even the people on the phone are kind and patient."
