"I wouldn't normally review a fast food location, as I definitely don't expect much. But, this specific location is particularly bad. They often give old chips that are inedible (chewy and bendy), recently we also got rock hard chicken. We had to pull out all of the chicken from the power bowls we ordered because it wasn't edible in the slightest. Still, I tend to just deal with things. But a few days ago (Feb 18th) was the final straw when I pulled plastic, literal trash, out of my mouth that had come from one of their burritos. A lot of people would make a big stink about this, I simply just want it known that the standards at this particular location are disgustingly low or more accurately, non existent."

"It is incredibly ridiculous that they can’t give you 3 mobile orders at the same time. Any other fast food establishment will do. All they have to do is hand over the bag. If I can see the 3rd order and there is no one behind me it is incredibly ridiculous that they can’t just give it to me. Especially when everyone in Warsaw knows this Taco Bell is notorious for their incredibly bad drive through service."

"I am extremely happy with the service and outside cleanliness at this location (As I have never been inside yet) My food is always hot and ready when I get there, And I usually place my order about 10 minutes before I arrive, I don't mind waiting if I have to. I mentioned a cinnamon allergy and I was reassured that everyone would be taking the proper safety precautions to make sure that I was safe. That was was a hard morning for me, And to see that people cared THAT much. It really turned my day around and made me extremely thankful for the beautiful individuals at this location. I know its a silly little thing to care so much about, But there is a lot of people that don't care to take the steps as this staff has. And I am forever grateful. Thank you."

"Place is gross. From the barhroom to the dining room it’s obvious they never clean. I ate off the smallest corner piece of a table I could find. They messed up my order as well as everyone else who ordered ahead of me. They might have put a teaspoon of meat in each taco. Don’t waist your money."

"Well... Not the worst Tacobell I've ever been to but it's probably the second worst. Service: 2/10 I watched five people get the wrong order, not including mine. Two of them were asked to pull up to the front of the building and wait for their order, just to come back in and grab a different one. It was a good 20/30 minute wait for food. Ordered inside but when they called the order they just kept repeating C, we put Clinton B down for the ticket so that was odd. There was a table that ordered as we were walking in they got half their order and then about 15 minutes later got the other half. Though clearly lacking, the staff was rather nice. Cleanliness: 0/10 Adding pictures because WOW, we picked the cleanest spot they had, the tables were all seemingly cleaned but the floors were just gross. The bathroom was disgusting as well (this was about 11:45 a.m.) Food: 8/10 Tasted amazing for food that seemed just thrown together. They weren't stingy on ingredients, Chipotle Chicken Wrap aside. Probably the best put-together hard shells I've seen from a taco bell, but the burritos were rather beat-up looking, and I mean looked like they had been punched in the middle."
