"My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru tonight. We ordered, paid, and we were given our drinks before pulling into a designated spot to receive our food. While waiting, my boyfriend drank his Dr. Pepper and noticed it didn’t have much flavor. Like the machine was out of syrup. A worker came out and gave us our order and we let them know about our drinks not having flavor. They took our receipt and said they’d be back. A manager, I believe, named Corey came out and asked us what was wrong with the order. He was very helpful, kind, and professional. He said he would go check on it. Few minutes later he brought out 2 new drinks and stood there in the freezing cold until we tasted our drinks to make sure they tasted right. Thank you, Corey, for being so diligent. Please, get this manager a raise."
"Has been my favorite "fast" food spot for years now... Hard to dethrone Culver's based on the value of their food and service alone. Culver's desserts are hard to beat. I almost wish there was more competition in Warsaw..."
"This location and the other Kevin Ray owned locations have been skimping people for a long time, small amounts of meat over pressed to look like they are taking the full shape of burgers , Hanging out funky tasting generic sauces filled in cups , then lying about the original sauces being unavailable. Stop giving this crook your money. Hopefully corporate comes down on this terrible warsaw area franchise operator. The culvers outside of this area are pretty good."
"I do not regularly eat at Culver's however, it was on my way home from the airport. I decided to give it a try. The staff was exceptionally friendly! The food (bacon delux) came out quickly, and it tasted great! The cheese curds are absolutely top-notch! Best side dish of any fast food establishment, in my opinion. I would definitely eat there again."
