"I’m usually not this person, but my experience tonight was terrible. I understand that places are short staffed, but that doesn’t affect reading comprehension. I ordered online and got all the way home to see that I got shells with cheese lettuce and sour cream. That’s it. Go all the way back and have to wait 15 minutes just to for someone to even see me, got it remade, only to find it made incorrect AGAIN. People have dietary restrictions and have to order things the way they do for a reason. Take the time to actually listen and read and you won’t have so many unhappy customers."

"The last two times I came to this location for a Nacho Bell Grande they've been FANTASTIC. I always go around lunch time and whoever makes these, just know that I appreciate you. The chips are fresh, not cooked in old oil like Noblesville and there is no skimping on toppings."

"Soft shell burritos were good but the Mexican pizza and the bean burritos were cold and had a awful taste. The amount of beans put on the pizza look like they came out of a pan that had been sitting to long and got cold and were starting to dry out. Worst Taco Bell experience ever. Will not be back here on 2nd shift whatsoever. I ate what I could because I had not eat all day but just couldn’t go for the last bean burrito"

"Extremely unsatisfying experience at the Elwood Taco Bell tonight for our family of 4. The 2 not even half full chipotle melts were supposed to have extra sauce which we were charged for. 1 and a third pieces of chicken each. The nacho fries weren't even half full and tasted like they were made yesterday. The not even half full cheese cup was also cold and had a nasty film on top. The chicken quesadilla was almost void of sauce and had less than half the normal amount of chicken. I called to ask if anything could be done and got put on hold forever until I eventually gave up and hung up."
