"We are from out of town and saw Clay's got good reviews. Although online it said 7pm closing...we got there to find it closing at 6. (Winter hours) but a gal saw us walking back to our car and called us in. We are glad she did! Delicious! We had fish and shrimp w coleslaw (housemade) a Butterscotch pie! Wow! Def will be back to Clays!"

"Cute little diner with a plentiful breakfast buffet. We had eggs, bacon, french toast, american biscuits and some pancakes. They also had quiche which tasted amazing. The service ladies were really lovely and we felt welcome. That‘s why we returned for a BLT with housemade fries - definitely recommend!"

"I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. I used to love their salad bar. It has changed hands a couple of times and everyone has done the best job they can. We still like to come here as it is walking distance from our house on the lake. We still love their pies and the food is good. One thing is I wish they served some sort of alcoholic beverage like beer, wine etc. 4 stars only because every time we come here something seems to be different."

"I don't live there I'm just passing through.... the reviews I'm assuming are from friend's of the establishment. I wasn't impressed with any of it from walking through the door. Over priced on everything. The soup had good flavor but the beans needed to soak longer to get softer. The place is outdated for the prices there asking. My bowl of soup looked like they got it out if the dirty dishes compared to the other's bowl of soup. My first time here and ill go out of my way to go to another place before thinking of going back to this place....."
