"I had a somewhat complex issue with my Audi, along with many maintenance issues to PM. John, Zeb and the entire crew there were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest and communicative with me. Audis are not fun or easy to work on. Many shops don’t even touch them. I expected my car to have SOME minor issues when I got it back, but it’s been 4 months and still running flawlessly due to these guys being so thorough and competent. I can’t say enough about them. They’re so reasonably priced and most likely do better work than any stealership. I’ve always been a DIY’er but some things are too big, or time consuming or lacking in tools. I wouldn’t blink an eye going back to them for something I don’t want, or can’t, deal with. They are worth every penny."

"I called about noise with my brakes and they were able to look at the problem the same day to let me know if the car was safe to drive until it could be fixed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The work was scheduled for a week later and I dropped off the car using the key box. Most importantly, the work was done the day it was supposed to be and I was able to get my car back in a timely manner. The work came out less expensive than the estimate, and was fairly priced. This was my first experience using this auto repair shop and an overall positive experience."
