Nail Art Spa

"I have been going here on and off for over a decade. But for the last several months their work is sub par at best. Their prices are different than advertised. They don't tell you that either before providing the service. I always get the same services, gel manicure and gel pedicure. Sometimes at the same time sometimes at separate visits. The last gel manicure I got from them was $55 , the polish was lifting and peeled off with in 3 days. I was charged $50 for the maincure 3 weeks before. My last gel pedicure was $65($ 55 3 weeks before), my toes nails were cut at all kinds of different angles, my calicuses were not worked on and the polish didn't cover my toe nails completely. It then began peeling with in a week. I don't get designs, gliter or fancy packages either. I always get the basic. Update : Against my better judgment I came in for a fill today ( 12/21/ 2023). I had even made an appointment. I waited 30+ minutes after my appointment time. I had even been greeted by the owner and his son ( the manager whom I made the appointment with). DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will now only go to the one by Rurual King ( they are not affiliated). Much better service and much better prices."

"Went a week ago paid over 100 including tip my nails were fine over the past week my nail polish as been coming off of my acrylics. Had to get them removed my cuticles were infected from them cutting. YOU NEVER CUT OFF CUTICLES"

"Run. Run fast and far. They care more about quantity than quality any more. $70 for a crooked, lumpy set and a half-ripped off then hastily glued together nail? I should’ve left right then but I was too horrified. Going to PROPERLY remove the injured nail by SOAKING IT OFF, instead of prying it off with a flattened nail tip. Used to be the best place in town, but they’ve fallen fast. I’m heartbroken, and never going back."
