"I’ve been getting my hair cut here for many many years. I recognize the ladies that work here. I don’t know their names but they have all cut my hair at one time or another. I always tip and normally it’s generous. I never complain or cause a fuss and my haircut is just a short clipper cut that can be done quickly. Lately I’ve noticed that they try to avoid having to cut my hair. One of them will finish with a customer and if I’m next, they take an extra extra long time cleaning up and getting ready for the next person. Another will finish and clean up and get stuck with me. Yes when it’s hot I sweat but I always shower and wash my hair so it’s clean before going there. I’m sure they’ve had to cut some really nasty heads of hair but I do my best to make sure mine’s not one of them. Today one of them finished up right before another one. Took her time cleaning up and even swept up the other’s area to avoid me. Hailey (from receipt) got stuck with me. She didn’t seem to care. Gave me the best haircut I think I have ever got. Her attention to detail was impressive. Tip I give is based on SEE, an acronym I made up meaning sideburns, ears and eyebrows. If they take care of those without me having to tell them, the tip is bigger. Hailey did all those things and detailed other areas unlike I’ve ever experienced. She received the largest tip I’ve ever given for a haircut. I wish I knew how to show up for my future haircuts and get her every time."

"Always nice. The App is a great tool to use not to have to wait in n store for longs period of times. The consistency on the haircuts being the same everytime is not great because it's literally a different person cutting your hair each visit. Therefore, the cuts are widely different almost everytime."
